For customers who don’t need a full retail service, we offer a 5% Cash & Carry discount under the terms below.
When
- Mondays only
- 7:30pm – 10:30pm
- Warehouse collection only
- Discount
- 5% off the price of carpets
- Cash payment only
- Available on carpets purchased online prior to visit
How it works (important)
This is a stripped-back, quick, self-service collection option:
- You must complete checkout of your carpets before arrival
- Collection must take place on the Monday evening (7:30pm– 10:30pm)
- Warehouse staff will pick the carpets only, no packaging will be provided
- You are responsible for loading the carpets to your vehicle
- No sales staff will be on site
- No advice, recommendations or changes can be made on the night
- Any orders not collected will be automatically cancelled on Tuesday
- Orders will not be held, stored or deferred to another week
Why we can offer the discount
The saving reflects reduced costs, including:
- No card payment fees
- No packaging
- No storage
- No sales staff on site
- Minimal disruption to warehouse staff already working
- Those savings are passed directly to you as 5% off.

This is not a shopping experience.
The discount applies solely to a basic “pay cash, collect and go” service.
If you require advice, assistance, or a traditional showroom experience, standard pricing applies during normal opening hours.
